AION 2 HWID Ban: Hardware Restrictions Explained

Hardware restrictions block new accounts on a PC that NCGuard flagged—even if the old account is abandoned. They are separate from a single-character ban.

Symptoms

Fresh accounts fail at login or disconnect instantly while friends on other machines play normally. Support tickets need your order email, launcher type, and any NCGuard error text.

Recovery paths

HWID Spoofer may help when identifiers need rotation, but it is not guaranteed against every NCGuard penalty. Read limitations on the product page before checkout.

Behavior bans on your main account still apply; spoofing does not restore suspended characters.
