Quest ESP marks NPCs and interactables. Some presets chain waypoints between hubs. You still confirm dialog choices and enter instances manually unless a specific module note says otherwise on the portal.

New campaign chapters often break waypoint files until updated. Run story content legitimately during major releases, then return to farm presets afterward.
